Tava's Art Prints Described
[Part 1]
----
Tava1 This print depicts Large and Tall Figures of Gilgamesh And Enkidu on Corragated Iron. They are Masturbating their oversized cocks. Enkidu is wearing an Iron mask.
Tava2 This print depicts beautiful Harmodius washed by a red glowing flame hanging in a leather sling suspended on golden chains. Harmodius is preparing to fist himself.
Tava3 This print depicts a "Man on a Dolphin" painted on cement, which forms a multicolored background when scanned. I believe the "Man" represents "Primitive Man" -- the kind of man found in the Early Papua New Guinea Men's Houses.
The original was painted with acrylics in 1978,
on New York City Pier#51.
The 18' by 32'
original mural had a
Gallery Annoncement At The Time.
It is one of Tava's

Tava4 This print depicts the middle section of a huge mural on corrugated fiberglass. The figure is "Gugalanna" the "Bull Of Heaven," from the Gilgamesh Epic, with a metal gold gilt ring piercing his nostrils. He is masturbating; his semen is dripping from his massive cock onto his balls, while he is being pulled apart as a test of strength between Harmodius And Aristogeiton. It is one of my favorite prints.
Tava5 This print probably depicts the middle aged Aristogeiton in an Egyptian-styled headress and cape. The silver-toned figure is wearing a thread-thin Jockstrap in the shape of a Ram's Head.
Tava6 This print depicts a bearded "Primitive Man" in a most natural state: Sucking on Another Man's Balls. All the hair, including the pubic hair surrounding the Huge Cock, is gold gilt on marble. It's a fabulous print!
Tava7 This print depicts the "1976 Bi-Centenial Cock" that was painted on the abandoned 19 street elevated ramp to The Henry Hudson West Side Highway. It's a large cock and balls highlighted with patriotic red and blue stars.
Tava8 This print depicts a wall mural hung on the bottom level of the Underground Club (Circa 1978) on Union Sguare in New York City during that Summer's First Sleaze Ball. Customers were given white towels that said "Sleaze" on them. Some people had to go home with the towel because "Somehow" coat check lost clothing. One friend told me he felt lucky to have his wallet still on him when he got home. The mural's central focal point is a Jock Strap, painted on a protruding portion of the wall. On both sides two men with their arms raised proudly display their brown, arm pit hair and huge red cocks tied off with gold cock rings
Tava9 This print depicts the torso of Harmodius from The Tomb of Harmodius. The print is washed in a gold tone. The original 22" by 11 1/2" by 1 1/4 " thick broken (on a slant at the top) marble frames Harmodius's bicep and chest with gold gilt.
Of Special Note: All the marble used by Tava was taken from rejected pieces from the builders of the World Trade Center - and are even more collectible since the tragedy.
Tava10 This print depicts what Tava called "The Falling Man." (Circa 1977) The original acrylic on concrete mural was 20' by 20'. Again the, so called, "Primitive Man" appears to be riding a Dolphin, in my view, anyway. The figure is painted on a Broken Portion of the Pier that is falling into the water. However my print of the mural causes the water to assimilate the shape and size of a Dolphin's Back. Instead of falling, the man appears to be Surfing atop the Mammal.
Tava11 This print depicts a "Primitive Man" washed in red against a background of green dudgeon stones anticipating a cock about to enter his drooling mouth.
Tava12 This print depicts Enkidu straddling over Gilgamesh's Torso, washed in a red glow. Gilgmesh is anticipating Enkidu's gigantic cock which stretches across the entire painting. The original 73" by 46 1/2" is acrylic on corrugated iron. (Circa 1979) -- Print Tava57 is the same piece without the red glow.
Tava13 This print depicts Gilgamesh holding his hard Clipped Cock washed in a bright Orange-red. His pubic hair is done with Gold Gilt.
Tava14 This print depicts a "Primitive Man" with his legs spread eagle crouched down, low near the ground Beating His Cock while his huge balls hang low and Dangle Beneath His Grip
Tava15 This print depicts A Well Endowed Man Glowing in Gold Colors with a beautiful large Hard Cock popping out of a jockstrap. He is uncut to symbolize "Primitive Man"
Tava16 This print depicts Enkidu with a beard circling His Entire Mouth awash in gold tones waiting for Gilgamesh's Droplets of Semen to land on his tongue.
Tava17 This print depicts another direction and minor concept that Tava allowed his work to take. Nero's Red Eyes peer through a black darkness with only the Flames of Rome reflected in his inner being. The original 14' by 34' mural was painted in 1979, and is Gold leaf on Textured Tin. -- When I first started going to the piers for sex - this image was also on the wall there - and at my young age of 22 - it frightened me - only adding to the excitement of sex with a stranger in a semi-outdoor forbidden underground area.
Tava18 This print depicts the upper torso of "Harmodius" etched in gold gilt on marble from The World Trade Center's Rejected Bulider's Stones. The scan of the photo creates a multicolored background. Indeed, the original piece is Half Painting, Half Sculpture. Circa 1980
Tava19 This print depicts Enkidu leaning with one arm against the ceiling beam to The Mine Shaft, and the other hand Showing Off His Large Cock to an unseen onlooker. The painting is glowing Orange-Red On Corrugated Iron, and has the words "Mine Shaft" written on the top and bottom.
Tava20 This print depicts "Primitive (uncut) Man" beating off. His red-toned cock is tied off with a cock ring Made From Gold Leaf
Tava21 This print depicts a larger version (60" by 35" by 2' thick) of the upper torso of "Harmodius" etched in gold gilt on marble from The World Trade Center's Rejected Bulider's Stones. It is similar to the marble sculpture (Print 18) with Harmodius's Torso in Gold Gilt leaning against a bright red brick wall with leather harnesses hanging near the piece. Circa (1980)
Tava22 This print depicts another Man And A Dolphin (Circa 1976), except the "Primitive Man" is now Swimming with the Dolphin. The original mural was 18' by 13' and was created at the end of one of the New York City Piers.
